You can reserve accommodation for your stay in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland for the 41st Tertiary ICT Conference at the below provider via the registration process. 

We understand that the financial cost to travel and attend the Conference can be challenging, to assist with this, the organising committee is providing an accommodation subsidy to all bookings made via the registration process, at our preferred accommodation providers, of $100 inc. per night, over the conference nights (Monday 8th/Tuesday  9th/Wednesday 10th September).

This is only available to delegates and not vendors via the registration process.

• Accommodation reservations are taken through the registration process. 
• Special delegate rates are not available directly with the hotels.
• Payment for your accommodation will be added to your registration invoice (rather than paid directly to the accommodation provider).
• To access the delegate subsidy, please use the discount code found within your email, on the accommodation section within the registration process. 
• The subsidy is only available to delegates from Tertiary providers, not sponsors/exhibitors/vendors. 
• Cancellations after 30 days (Monday 8 August) may result in cancellation fees of the full amount. Should you require changes to your reservation, please let jaime@iconevents.co.nz know ASAP. 
• Your accommodation and subsidy isn't confirmed until your request has been reviewed and you have received a specific accommodation confirmation email. 
• Priority will be given to those travelling from outside of Auckland.
